Reasonable use of the internal space of the unit can reduce the noise without increasing the size of the generator unit. The exhaust back pressure of the new ultra-quiet muffler is low and the power loss of the whole unit is small.
Compared with the original straight-line wind, the noise produced by the multi-layer cross wind technology is greatly reduced;
Hensing ultra-silence muffler reduces the noise of the generator set more than 30 decibels.
Core technology of the company:
1.The T-shaped asymmetric shape design is adopted, the control panel end is an integrated column, the side of the shell is a single plate structure. The opening hole of the middle of the side plate is installed with thickened access door, the whole machine appearance is compact and simple, which not only enhances the visual integrity of the product, but also improves the processing efficiency of the product.
2. It is changed from the original bowl-type conventional shock pad to the isolated columnar rubber shock pad, which greatly reduces the vibration of the engine and generator during operation, reduces the vibration amplitude of the energy conduction to the sound cabinet shell, and effectively reduces the vibration sense of the shell during the operation of the unit. The vibration test result is amplitude < 0.1mm
3.Four cm thick flame-retardant muffle sponge is pasted inside the mute cabinet to effectively absorb and isolate the noise in the machine and reduce the noise transmission. The inner surface of the access door of the unit is pasted with 7cm flat muffle sponge, and the external cover of the muffle sponge is covered with a full area perforated mesh plate, which can increase the silencing performance while hiding the door lock, making the appearance prettier.
4. The air inlet channel is designed with double-layer staggered sound insulation plate. The first level sound insulation plate is installed under the air inlet channel. The air at the air inlet end is cut off for the first time when entering the unit. The air moves upward along the first level sound insulation plate, and then turns back downward after going through the second level sound insulation plate installed above the generator. The length of the air inlet is lengthened by two turns of the air inlet, and the air inlet noise is effectively reduced without increasing the boundary dimension of the silence cabinet.
5. The shell exhaust outlet discards the traditional reverse exhaust scheme of occupied space to maintain the upper exhaust. The exhaust channel at the end of the water tank adopts a unique transverse muffler diaphragm structure to reduce the exhaust noise in a limited exhaust distance. Effectively control the overall dimension of the unit and increase the number of cabinets. For example, the product size is 2130 * 950 * 1300, and the number of cabinets is 24 / 40 feet high.
6. The muffler of this ultra-silence unit is 5 compartment impedance integrated muffler.A porous sound-absorbing screen board is added in the conventional anechoic chamber, and a glass fiber sound-absorbing layer is added in the outer layer of the screen board to effectively reduce the exhaust noise. A new isolation type resistant muffler is added in the muffler, which can effectively decompose the exhaust transient pressure, better eliminate the exhaust noise and make the exhaust more flexible. The muffler surface adopts double-layer heat insulation structure to avoid high temperature of the unit caused by the heat emitted by the muffler during operation. The silencer is designed with noise reduction capacity of more than 30dB, which can control the noise within 65dB within 7m of the unit.
